Shelta Space Custom models are designed to specific client specifications based on the same prefab modular sytem with which all our models are built. At a design consultation fee of $2000, our architects will have a couple of design consultation meetings with you to design your ultimate home. The design is priced and a quote is provided to you based on which we produce and install your home in a matter of weeks.
